
Officially making FRENCH TOAST PANCAKES a thing! Like why is this not on every single brunch menu in America?! Don’t make me pick between pancakes and French toast ever again. These are soooo easy to whip up for breakfast especially if you’re using a pancake mix. YOU GOTTA TRY THEM!
Make pancakes according to package (this recipe makes enough for about 6-7 pancakes).
In a shallow, large dish (think pie pan), combine egg, milk, cinnamon and vanilla extract.
Coat your pancake in the mixture and cook in a medium sized skillet coated with oil or butter over medium heat for about 1-2 minutes each side. Serve with butter, cinnamon, maple syrup and fresh fruit!
