Ingredients

  • 1 lbtomatillos, husked and rinsed
  • 1jalapeños, stems removed
  • ½ mediumonion, chopped
  • 2 clovesgarlic
  • ¼ cupfresh cilantro, chopped
  • ½ tspsalt
  • ½ cupwater
  • 1 tbsplime juice

Directions

    Boil tomatillos and jalapeños in water for 10 minutes until soft.
