Bacon-Wrapped Pork Chops - a little sweet, a little spicy, and a whole lotta delicious! Only 4 simple ingredients – pork chops, bacon, brown sugar, and chili powder. They only take about 5 minutes to make and are ready to eat in under 30 minutes. Easy enough for a weeknight dinner and fancy enough for a dinner party! Ingredients

  • 6 boneless pork chops
  • 12 slices bacon
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1½ Tbsp chili powder

Directions

    Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line a rimmed baking sheet with foil and top with cooking rack.

    In a shallow dish, combine brown sugar and chili powder.

    Wrap each pork chop with two slices of bacon. Coat bacon-wrapped pork chops with the brown sugar and chili powder mixture. Place on the prepared baking sheet.

    Bake for 15 to 18 minutes. Turn oven to broil and broil the pork chops 2-4 minutes or until they reach 140°F.

    Remove from the oven and let pork chops rest 5 minutes before serving (the temperature will continue to rise to 145°F).
