  • 1 large Egg

  • 1 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp Low-sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chili oil
  • 1 tsp Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. 1

    1. Mix the chicken, scallions, garlic, bell pepper, ginger, pepper, salt, egg, sesame oil, and cornstarch in a large bowl until fully combined. 2. Place 1 tbsp of filling on each wonton wrapper and gently press down. Repeat this until all filling has been used. 3. Heat 2 tbsp neutral oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Place 6-8 dumplings in the pan (meat side up) and cook for 2-3 minutes until the bottom is browned. Flip each dumpling over and use the spatula to press down onto pan to spread out the meat. Cook for 1-2 minutes more. Repeat this process until all dumplings are cooked. 4. Mix together the dipping sauce ingredients in a small bowl. Serve and enjoy!
