
Make this tasty and refreshing pasta salad for your next potluck or BBQ, or pair it with a glass of wine and some bread sticks for a great, quick dinner!
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the pasta for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain and rinse with cold water to cool.
Make the dressing: Combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of Balsamic Vinegar, plus salt, pepper and garlic powder in a jar and shake well. Alternatively, you could mix in a bowl with a whisk until well combined.
In a large bowl, combine the pasta, mozzarella balls, halved tomatoes and dressing, and mix together. Add more salt and pepper to taste.
Drizzle with Balsamic Glaze and garnish with fresh basil (optional) and enjoy right away, or for best results, let cool in the refrigerator for at least an hour and enjoy.
