Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450g) baby carrots (or regular carrots, peeled and cut into sticks)
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (or your favorite herb)

Directions

    In a medium pot, bring water to a boil. Add the baby carrots and a pinch of salt. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until tender but still crisp. Drain and set aside.
