To a large mixing bowl, add the oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, paprika, and pepper. Mix together.
Dry the chicken using a paper towel, then add the chicken tenderloins to the mixing bowl. Toss them in the oil and spice blend until evenly coated. Set the tenders aside.
Preheat the air fryer at 400F for 4 minutes.
Once the air fryer has preheated, add the tenders to the basket. Make sure they don’t overlap.
