
Use your electric pressure cooker for the easiest and possibly the fastest way to make baked potatoes.
Pour 1 ½ cups of water in the bottom of the Instant Pot.
Place your trivet in the bottom of the pressure cooker. Place washed potatoes of similar size on top of the trivet. I filled my Instant Pot about halfway full of potatoes. You can fill it higher if you want.
Cover the pot and make sure the valve is on “sealing.” Press manual and set the timer to 10 minutes. Once the timer beeps let the pressure release for about 5 minutes and then turn the valve to “venting.” Remove the lid and serve the potatoes.
