These Belgian Waffles are an amazing breakfast recipe! This Belgian Waffles Recipe is crispy on the outside and perfectly fluffy on the inside. 

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cup whole milk
  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 egg
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Directions

    In a medium bowl whisk together the flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder and salt.

    In another bowl mix the milk, oil, eggs, sugar and vanilla together.

    Combine the wet and dry ingredients just until combined, don't over mix.

    Let the batter sit for 30 minutes and preheat your waffle maker.

    Cook your waffles according to the directions of your waffle maker using roughly 1/2 cup of batter per waffle.
