Ingredients

  • 4dill pickles (200g), finely diced
  • ½ cuppickle juice (120ml)
  • 3yellow potatoes (400g), peeled and cubed
  • 5 cupslow sodium vegetable broth
  • 1 cupsour cream (250ml)
  • 1 ½ tablespoonsall-purpose flour

Directions
