Skillet Fried Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 pounds potatoes (peeled (or not) and diced 1/2 inch)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 clove garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary (minced)

Directions

    Add butter and oil to a skillet over medium heat.

    Add the potatoes and stir to coat. Season with salt and pepper.

    Cover and cook for 10 minutes.

    Uncover and raise the heat to medium high. Cook for 10 more minutes, stirring occasionally.

    Add garlic and rosemary and cook for 5 more minutes.
