Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoonsbutter
  • 1 mediumonion, (diced)
  • 1green bell pepper, (diced)
  • 1red bell pepper, (diced)
  • 1jalapeno, (diced)
  • 1 poundground beef
  • ½ cupsoy sauce, ((can use low sodium))
  • 1 tablespoongarlic powder
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 teaspoonblack pepper
  • optional: rice

Directions

    In a large pan, melt butter.

    Add onion, green bell pepper, red bell pepper, and jalapeno and cook for 5 minutes. Add ground beef.

    Cook until ground beef is fully cooked and vegetables are tender.
