
This easy baked salmon recipe helps you get dinner on the table in just 20 minutes thanks to a 5 ingredient low carb salmon marinade. Make sure to use roasted spices. If you can't find them, toast the ground spices in a skillet on medium until fragrant. Adapted with permission from Genius Kitchen.
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F.
In a small bowl, whisk together the marinade ingredients.
Place salmon in a shallow baking dish and pour marinade over the fish.
Cover and cook 15-20 minutes, until the center of the salmon is around 130 degrees F.
Remove from oven and let sit, covered, for 5 minutes.
Garnish with lemon slices and fresh dill.
