Ingredients

  • 3 cups heavy cream
  • 3 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 1/3 cup sweetener
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut milk (or almond milk)
  • 1 tbsp vanilla extract (or more to taste)
  • 1 tbsp vodka (optional)

Directions

    Melt the butter in a large pan over medium heat, then stir in 2 cups of heavy cream and powdered sweetener.

    Bring to a boil and simmer until the mixture thickens for 10-15 minutes.

    Remove the pan from the heat and let the mixture cool.
