  • 1 cupunsweetened almond milk
  • 1 smallapple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoonsnatural peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoonshoney
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoonground cinnamon
  • 4ice cubes

    Combine 1 cup almond milk, 1 apple, 2 tablespoons peanut butter, 2 teaspoons honey (if using), 1 teaspoon vanilla, ¼ teaspoon cinnamon and 4 to 6 ice cubes in a blender. Puree until smooth.
