  • 12 units empanada disks
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 1 onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper
  • 1/4 teasponn salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon cumin
  • 2 egg yolk (brush the empanadas)
