  • ½ cuppacked fresh parsley sprigs
  • ½ cupfresh mint leaves
  • ½ cupolive oil
  • 2garlic cloves, peeled
  • ½ teaspoonpepper
  • 4 cupscrumbled feta cheese
  • 3 tablespoonslemon juice
  • assorted fresh vegetables
