  • 4 Tablespoons Cornstarch (1/3 cup if using frozen blackberries)
  • 2 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 2 teaspoons Lemon Zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 Tablespoon Water
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
