
A simple weeknight meal containing cabbage and eggs.
Thinly slice the green cabbage.
Add vegetable oil to a pan and let the oil heat up.
Add the green cabbage, salt and pepper and toss to combine. Let the cabbage cook for about 5 minutes.
While the cabbage is cooking, crack two eggs in a bowl. Add to the eggs, chopped green onion, garlic powder, fish sauce and pepper. Beat the eggs to combine all the ingredients in the bowl.
Add the beaten eggs into the pan with the cabbage and cook until the eggs are done.
Serve with a drizzle of Sriracha sauce either alone or with Jasmine rice.
