This decadent S'mores Martini is a boozy dessert in a glass! With easy preparation and simple ingredients, this martini will impress your guests every time!

Ingredients

  • 2 oz Baileys S'mores liqueur
  • 1 oz DeKuyper Crème de Cacao
  • 1/2 oz Vodka
  • 3 oz half-and-half
  • crushed ice
  • Hershey's chocolate syrup
  • Crushed Graham crackers
  • Marshmallows

Directions

    Prepare the glass: Crush a few graham crackers and place them on a plate. On another plate, pour some Hershey's chocolate syrup. Dip the rim of the martini glass into chocolate syrup and then into the graham crackers crumbles. Place the glass into the freezer for 10-15 minutes.

    Prepare the garnish: Take 2-3 marshmallows and poke them with a cocktail skewer. Dip the marshmallows into chocolate syrup and graham crackers crumbs, or torch the marshmallows.

    Make the martini: Add crushed ice, Baileys, DeKuyper Crème de Cacao, Vodka, and half-and-half to a cocktail shaker. Shake vigorously for 5-10 seconds. Place the mesh strainer onto the cocktail shaker and pour the martini into a chilled glass. Add your marshmallows, garnish, and serve immediately!
