Beef Bulgogi

I’m obsessed with the sweet and savory umami flavor this one-pan beef bulgogi has. It has only three ingredients and takes less than 20 minutes to make.

Ingredients

  • beef bulgogi
  • 2 cupsgreen beans (cut in thirds)
  • jasmine rice
  • 2 tbspoil
  • green onion (optional)

Directions

    In a pan, add two tablespoons of oil and the frozen beef bulgogi.

    Cover with a lid and heat for eight minutes.

    While that’s heating, cut the green beans into thirds.

  4. 4

    Add the green beans to the pan with the bulgogi, stir, and cover again.

    Heat for an additional 5 minutes.

    Microwave the rice, then serve with the bulgogi and green beans on top.

    Garnish with green onions (optional), and enjoy!
