This homemade meatball recipe is one my family has been making for years! These meatballs can be used in many different dishes and freeze well!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbsground beef
  • 1 lboriginal breakfast sausage
  • 2eggs
  • 1 tspeach of salt and pepper
  • 1 tbspeach of garlic powder (italian seasoning, and paprika)
  • ½ tspred pepper flakes
  • ½ cupitalian bread crumbs

Directions

    Combine all ingredients in a bowl being sure not to overwork or squeeze the meat mixture. Not overworking them will help keep them tender.

    Gently form meatballs and put on a rack on a baking sheet.

    Bake at 400 degrees for about 25 minutes.

    Enjoy! This is our go to meatball recipe and we love having them ready to go in the freezer! I get about 55 meatballs from this recipe, but it really depends on how big you make them.
