Preheat your oven to 400 F.
Cut off the stems of the brussels sprouts, then slice in half.
Place the brussels sprouts onto a parchment lined baking sheet. Toss together with the olive oil, balsamic, maple and salt to coat evenly.
Bake for 35 minutes, flipping halfway through.
