Enjoy this pumpkin pie dip 2 ways: equally good hot or cold.

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup Pumpkin Puree
  • 1/8 cup maple syrup
  • 1/8 cup icing sugar/confectionary sugar
  • 1 dash cinnamon
  • 1 dash nutmeg
  • 1 pinch ginger
  • 1 pinch ground cloves
  • Add Marshmallows

Directions

    For the basic dip, add all ingredients to the blender.

    Blend until well mixed and smooth consistency.

    Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate (cold version).

    For hot dip, add basic pumpkin pie dip to small cast iron skillet.

    Add marshmallows to cover the top surface.

    Place skillet over medium heat and bring dip to a simmer. Marshmallows should melt and brown.

    Remove from heat and serve.
