Farmhouse Casserole

How to make Farmhouse Casserole

Ingredients

  • 3 cupsfrozen hash browns (shredded, not cubed)
  • ¾ cupshredded monterey jack pepper cheese
  • 1 cupcubed cooked ham, or cooked breakfast sausage
  • ¼ cupgreen onion, well chopped
  • 4well beaten eggs
  • 1can evaporated milk
  • ¼ teaspoonblack pepper
  • ½ teaspoonsalt

Directions

    Grease 2 quart rectangular baking dish.

    Arrange potatoes evenly on bottom of baking dish.

  3. 3

    Sprinkle with cheese, meat, onions.

  4. 4

    Combine milk and eggs and seasonings.

  5. 5

    Pour over potatoes and cheese.

  6. 6

    Refrigerate over night.

  7. 7

    Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes until set.

    Let rest 5 minute.
