Ingredients

  • 6 tenders crispy chicken breast strips
  • 2 cup pulled rotisserie chicken, traditional
  • 1 package brioche dinner rolls
  • 3/4 cup heinz® mayochup mayonnaise & ketchup sauce
  • 1/2 cup heinz® kansas city style sweet & smoky bbq sauce
  • 6 tbsp heinz® tomato ketchup
  • 1 package kraft singles american cheese slices, 24 ct pack
  • 1 tbsp everything bagel seasoning
  • 1 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp garlic powder

Directions

    For the Ketchup Leather: Preheat the oven to 180 degrees F. Squeeze HEINZ® Tomato Ketchup onto a non-stick baking mat, add all spices, and spread evenly using a spatula about ¼ cm in thickness. Place the non-stick baking mat on a baking tray and place it in the oven.

    Bake for 3 hours. Let cool completely before cutting into squares.

    For the Sliders: Slice the pack of brioche sliders rolls in half. Remove tops and set aside.

    Evenly place shredded chicken on the bottom of every other bun. Next, place crispy chicken on the remaining buns. Top shredded chicken sliders with HEINZ® Kansas City Style Sweet & Smoky BBQ Sauce, and KRAFT® Singles American Cheese Slices, trimmed into 2-inch squares. Optional: broil in the oven for 1-2 minutes to melt the cheese.

    Top all crispy chicken with HEINZ® Mayochup Mayonnaise & Ketchup Sauce and ketchup leather. Finish all sliders by placing the top half of the rolls. Enjoy!
