Add the walnuts to a nonstick pan over a medium heat and toast, stirring often, for 3 minutes or until golden and fragrant.
Pour the toasted walnuts into a food processor and pulse a few times to break them up a little.
Add the cream cheese, honey, vanilla and salt and pulse a few times until it’s all combined. There will still be small chunks of walnut. Chill to firm it up.
