
This lazy lasagna skillet meal is an easy weeknight dinner recipe that has all the tasty flavors of a lasagna.
Boil 8 oz Rigatoni according to the directions on the box.
Brown ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat. Add onions and salt, pepper, paprika, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes.
Drain grease from meat, add minced garlic, and add 1 jar of marinara or pasta sauce.
Add cooked pasta and stir well.
Add spoonfuls of ricotta cheese to the skillet being sure to spread them out.
Top with mozzarella cheese and put in the oven until the cheese is nice and melted.
Top with shredded Parmesan cheese and dried parsley flakes.
