Blackened Salmon Bites with Garlic Honey Butter

Blackened Salmon Bites with Garlic Honey Butter is an incredible recipe with just a few simple ingredients and your broiler for an easy dinner!

Ingredients

  • 1, 8 ounce Salmon Fillet, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/4 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 1 TBS Olive Oil
  • 1 TBS Blackening Seasoning
  • 1 TBS Honey
  • 1 Garlic Clove, grated
  • 2 TBS Butter

Directions

  1. 1

    Turn your broiler on high.

  2. 2

To a bowl, add your bite-sized pieces of salmon.

  3. 3

Add 1/4 teaspoon of salt, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, and 1 tablespoon of blackening seasoning over the salmon.

  4. 4

Using your hands, mix really well until every piece of salmon is coated well. Set to the side.

  5. 5

To make your Honey Garlic Glaze, in a small bowl, add the 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoons of butter.

  6. 6

Using a microplane, carefully grate the garlic clove over the butter and honey.

  7. 7

Pop this bowl into the microwave for 15 seconds to melt the butter. Stir to combine, and set aside.

  8. 8

When you’re ready to broil your salmon, line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. (We don’t use parchment paper here because parchment paper burns past 400˚!)

  9. 9

Lay out your salmon pieces with 1-2 inches between each piece.

  10. 10

Broil on high for 2-3 minutes, then flip to the other side.

  11. 11

Drizzle the honey butter glaze over top, and serve!
