Pat chicken breasts dry and season with salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 5-6 minutes per side until golden and cooked through. Remove and set aside.
Reduce heat to medium, add butter to skillet, and sauté garlic until fragrant.
Pour in chicken broth, scraping up browned bits, and simmer for 2 minutes.
Stir in heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, Italian seasoning, and crushed red pepper flakes. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Return chicken to skillet, spoon sauce over, and let simmer for 2 minutes.
