Brown Butter S’mores Rice Krispies - Brocc Your Body

Brown Butter S’mores Rice Krispies. We all need a dessert recipe that doesn’t require turning on the oven, so here you go! When I tell you these are literally life changing……

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Krispies Cereal
  • 3 cups Golden Graham’s Cereal
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 16 oz bag of mini marshmallows you can save a few to add on top
  • 4 Hershey’s bars roughly chopped

Directions

    Add the cereal to a large bowl.

    Heat a saucepan over medium heat and add the butter. After a few minutes it should start to foam and turn brown.

    As soon as it starts to turn brown, add the marshmallows and salt and turn the heat to low. Stir until melted.

    Pour over the cereal and gently combine to cool down the mixture before adding in the chocolate. I added 3 bars and saved the 4th bar for on top.

    Once combined, add to a parchment lined 9 x 9 baking pan. Smooth out so it’s roughly even and flat.

    Once cooled, cut into squares and enjoy!
