Sheet Pan Parmesan Garlic Chicken Thighs

Simple and delicious sheet pan chicken thigh recipe for a busy night!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbboneless chicken thighs
  • buffalo wild wings parmesan garlic sauce
  • 1 tspeach salt, pepper, italian seasoning, and onion powder
  • 2 tspeach garlic powder and smoked paprika
  • head of broccoli (chopped)
  • 24 ozbaby potatoes (quartered)
  • 1onion (sliced)
  • olive oil
  • parmesan cheese

Directions

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray a large sheet pan with cooking spray.

    Wash the baby potatoes and quarter them. Slice an onion and chop your broccoli. Be sure to leave the broccoli in slightly larger pieces.

    Add all of the veggies to the sheet pan and drizzle some olive oil over them. Season the veggies with about half of the seasoning blend.

    Next, add the chicken thighs to a bowl and season with the rest of the seasoning. Add enough Parmesan Garlic sauce to coat the chicken. Stir until the chicken is well coated in seasoning and sauce.

    Bake at 400 degrees F for about 35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temp of at least 185 degrees F. Broil for just a few minutes if desired. Top everything with some shredded Parmesan cheese. Enjoy!
