
Everyone needs a no-fuss recipe in their repertoire. This air fryer Greek chicken is one to keep. It is flavourful, kid-approved, and takes minimal effort to prepare. I love to serve it with rice and a side of salad and plantain.
Cut the chicken breasts into similar bite sizes of about 1 inch, then add to a bowl.
Drizzle the chicken with olive oil, then add oregano, garlic paste, lemon juice, lemon zest, thyme, paprika, salt and pepper.
Mix all to combine then cover with a plastic wrap and marinate for 30 minutes, or up to overnight.
When ready to cook, preheat your air fryer to 400F/200C for 3-5 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the marinade and place it in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 12-15 minutes, turning halfway through, until fully cooked and lightly crispy on the edges.
Remove the chicken from the ai fryer and serve with your choice of side dishes like roasted vegetables or Greek salad for a complete meal.
