For the burgers, form 6 evenly sized balls and gently form a thin patty. If you like a thicker burger, you can make Press the center with your thumb to form an indent. The middle always puffs up when cooking! Season generously with salt and pepper.

  3. 3

Heat your grill to 450-500 degrees and spray with cooking spray of choice to prevent sticking. Add the burgers and cover the grill for 1-2 minutes depending on the burger thickness. Flip, add cheese and cover the grill for another 1-2 minutes until burger is cooked to your liking and cheese is melted.

  4. 4

For the fries, toss in oil and seasonings until generously coated. Air fry at 375 for 10-12 minutes, flipping halfway. Make sure not to overcrowd otherwise they won’t cook properly. You may need to do 2-3 batches depending on your air fryer.
