Want to take a trip to Paradise? With this easy at-home version of Starbucks' Paradise Drink, you can! The iced drink takes the Pineapple Passionfruit Refresher base and mixes it with coconut milk for a refreshing sipper that will instantly transport you to a tropical island!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Pineapple Passionfruit Base ((recipe below))
  • 1/2 cup sweetened coconut milk ((the kind in the carton))
  • Ice
  • 1/4 cup freeze-dried pineapple pieces
  • 2 1/4 cups water, (divided)
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 cup chopped fresh pineapple
  • 2 tsp passionfruit powder
  • 1/2 tsp green coffee extract
  • 1/2 tsp citric acid

Directions

    Add about ½ cup pineapple passionfruit base, ½ cup coconut milk, and ¼ cup freeze-dried pineapple pieces to an ice-filled shaker. Shake well to combine.

    Pour entire mixture (ice included) into glass. Top with additional pineapple pieces, if desired.

    Feel free to make alterations based on your sweetness preferences. Add more of the base for a sweeter drink and less for a less sweet drink.
