
Sour Cream Noodle Bake is an easy, delicious, comforting, and 100% satisfying weeknight dinner recipe that tastes like lasagna. This one-pan recipe can be on the table in 40 minutes.
Cook the egg noodles according to package directions. Drain, then return to the pot they cooked in.
In a bowl, combine the sour cream, cottage cheese, chives, and a couple shakes of black pepper. Stir in the salt and onion powder.
Add the sour cream mixture to the noodles and stir. Set aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish. Set aside.
Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add in the onion and a sprinkle of salt, and cook for 2-3 minutes until softened.
Add in the garlic and cook for another minute.
Add in the ground beef and cook for a few minutes until browned.
Stir in the marinara sauce.
Layer half of the noodles on the bottom of the prepared baking dish.
Top with half of the ground beef mixture and half of the shredded cheese.
Repeat with another layer of noodles, ground beef, and top with the remaining shredded cheese.
Bake for 20 minutes. Garnish with parsley if desired.
