Bacon-Ranch Cheeseburger Cups

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1-1 ounce packet Hidden Valley Ranch Seasoning & Salad Dressing Mix
  • 6 pieces bacon (cooked crisp and crumbled)
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 container Pillsbury Grands Buttermilk Flaky Layers Biscuits
  • Optional: extra shredded cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef and drain.

    In a small bowl, mix milk and ranch dressing mix.

    Add ranch mix, bacon, and shredded Cheddar cheese to ground beef. Cook on low until heated through and cheese starts to melt.

    Separate each biscuit into two thinner parts. Gently press each biscuit half into a circle, approximately 5 inches across. Press each biscuit half into a muffin pan. (You'll have 2 extra biscuits. Cook those according to package direction and have them on the side or for breakfast tomorrow!)

    Divide the beef mixture evenly among the biscuit cups.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes, until the biscuits brown.

    Top with extra cheese and let sit for 5 minutes before serving.
