These pumpkin bars are a made-from-scratch treat of moist, flavorful sheet cake topped with luscious cream cheese icing for the ultimate fall treat.

Ingredients

  • 1can pumpkin puree
  • 1 ⅝667461395 cups white sugar
  • 1 cupvegetable oil
  • 4 largeeggs
  • 2 cupsall-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoonsground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoonsbaking powder
  • 1 teaspoonbaking soda
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • ½ cupbutter, softened
  • 1package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 teaspoonvanilla extract
  • 2 cupssifted confectioners' sugar

Directions

    Gather cake ingredients and frosting ingredients.
