A nostalgic cookie recipe combining peanut butter and chocolate that is both chewy and delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¾ cupall-purpose flour
  • 1 tspbaking soda
  • ½ tspsalt
  • ½ cupcreamy peanut butter
  • ½ cupunsalted butter (room temperature)
  • ½ cupgranulated sugar
  • ½ cuplight brown sugar (lightly packed)
  • 1 largeegg
  • 2 tbspmilk
  • 1 tspvanilla extract
  • ½ cupgranulated sugar (additional for coating)
  • 11 ozbag of hershey kisses

    In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, baking soda, and salt.

    Cream together the peanut butter, unsalted butter, granulated sugar, and light brown sugar until well blended.

    Add the egg, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.

    Gradually add the dry mixture until just blended.

    Chill the dough for at least 1 hour.
