Grilled Shrimp Fajita Wraps

Shrimp fajitas make a great family dinner meal. Read to make the best grilled shrimp fajitas that your whole family is guaranteed to love.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb 21-25 jumbo shrimp
  • 2 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • 1 whole green bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 whole yellow bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1/2 whole yellow onion (sliced)
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 6 ounces grated cheese

Directions

    Thaw and pat dry your shrimp. Slice bell peppers and onions and sprinkle fajita seasoning over both shrimp and vegetables. Place on the grill on medium high heat. Cook for about 7-10 minutes until shrimp is opaque.

    spread a healthy amount of guacamole and cheese on a tortilla, then add shrimp and vegetables. Fold both sides of the tortilla in, then roll it up like a burrito. Place back on barbecue to grill the wrap closed.

    Cut wraps in half, serve with some extra guacamole and salsa. Enjoy!!
