Creamy, cheesy, protein-packed, and filled with just enough heat - this buffalo chicken dip is a family favorite you will make time and again!
If cooking your own chicken, add the chicken breasts to a large pot of water, and cook over medium heat. Cook for 12 to 15 minutes after the liquid has reached a boil.
Once the chicken is cooked through and has reached at least 165°F internally, drain the water and use two forks or meat shredders to shred the meat and set it aside.
Preheat the oven to 350°F/175°C and lightly spray a 10" or larger baking dish with non-stick spray.
Now you can layer the dip with cream cheese on the bottom, then top with shredded chicken.
Add the buffalo sauce and then the ranch dressing on top.
Stir this together then top with shredded cheddar cheese.
Bake for 30 minutes until the dip is heated through, bubbling, and the cheese has melted and begun to brown on top.
