Nothing cures a bad case of the grumps quite like baking. Enter Aggression Cookies: They require no particular order of operations, spoon, or spatula to mix together. They get their name honestly.
Preheat oven to 350°F. Prepare two baking sheets.
Place ingredients in a large mixing bowl. With clean hands, knead and mix until dry ingredients are fully incorporated and no more loose flour or oats remain.
Scoop 1 heaping tablespoon of dough and form into a ball. Use palms to gently flatten into a 2-inch round and place onto baking sheet at least 1 1/2 inches apart (cookies will spread when baked). Repeat with remaining dough for about 16 cookies total, with 8 cookies on each baking sheet.
Bake in preheated oven, rotating trays halfway through, until cookies appear slightly golden around the edges, 8 to 10 minutes. Let stand on baking sheet for at least 10 minutes. Transfer to a wire rack; serve at room temperature.
