Here’s a quick BBQ Teriyaki Chicken and Veggies recipe for those nights you want takeout but know you should be cooking at home.
In a large pan, add a tablespoon of olive oil and cook half the container of veggies uncovered for five minutes.
Cover them with a lid and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes. Remove from the pan.
Add a teaspoon of oil to the pan, add the chicken, and cook for 8-10 minutes.
Add the veggies to the chicken, add in the sauce that comes with the chicken, and stir to combine and heat together for a minute longer.
Serve alongside the rice. Top with Everything But The Bagel seasoning if desired.
