Rich, smooth and just… incredible, this maple syrup coffee recipe is about to win over your heart! Creamy silky deliciousness, that’s how I’d describe it. Strong coffee mixed in with caramelly maple syrup and thick creamy milk, this drink is such a delight. Maple syrup and coffee go so well, it’s amazing! This drink is the absolute best, super easy to make and ready in literally 5 minutes too. Brb, gonna make another cup right now!

Ingredients

  • ¼ cupor 60 ml coffee
  • ⅛ tspcinnamon powder ((optional, just a pinch for each serving))
  • 1 tbspor 3 tsp maple syrup ((can adjust according to your preference))
  • 1 tbspheavy cream ((optional, but adds to the richness))
  • ¾ cupor 180 ml milk ((can substitute with any type of milk you prefer))
  • ice cubes (optional (if you are making the cold iced version))

Hot maple syrup coffee recipe ☕

    Take your favorite mug or coffee cup and pour in ¼ cup or 60 ml coffee.

    Now add ⅛ tsp cinnamon powder, 1 tbsp or 3 tsp maple syrup and 1 tbsp heavy cream. Stir well.

    Heat ¾ cup or 180 ml milk in a different mug.You can heat your milk over the stove in a small saucepan over medium heat or in the microwave.Heat the milk until it’s just hot and steamy. It doesn’t need to come to a boil.And now, it’s time to froth the milk (it adds to the fun)!You can also just go ahead and directly pour your hot milk into the coffee if you don’t want to froth it. It’ll still taste amazing ❤.So yep…Don’t worry if you don’t have an espresso machine with a milk steamer attachment, we can go ahead and froth our milk to make it super airy and creamy.I’ve used an electric milk frother to froth the milk here. There are so many ways you can froth your milk though. Here they are:1) Use an electric frother until the milk becomes all frothy. Go clockwise, anti-clockwise, and tilt the frother as well as the glass of milk just a little to help your milk air up and get super frothy and airy.2) You can use a mason jar too. Pour your warm milk halfway into the mason jar, seal and shake vigorously for about a minute or so until the milk is all frothed up!3) Heat your whole milk in a small saucepan on the stovetop over medium heat and start whisking once it starts heating up until it’s nice and frothy.4) Use a regular blender as well and blend your warm milk until it’s nice and foamy. Don’t fill it up all the way though before blending.5) You can also use an immersion blender or hand blender.6) A French press can help with frothing your milk as well!Once you’re done frothing the milk, move to the next step.

    Take that hot frothy milk and gently pour it into your coffee.Top it up with all that fluffy froth!Give it a gentle stir if you wish and enjoy all that caramelly toffee-like richness. So good ❤.

    Take a tall pretty glass (if you want!) and pour ¼ cup or 60 ml coffee into it.
