Ingredients

  • ½ tspgarlic powder ($0.05)
  • ½ tsponion powder ($0.05)
  • ½ tspsalt ($0.02)

    Wash and dry the potatoes, then slice them into 1/4-inch matchsticks.

    Soak the cut potatoes in a large bowl of cool water for 15 minutes. While the potatoes soak, preheat the air fryer to 380°F.
