This trail mix is made with a mixture of nuts, seeds, dried fruit and chocolate chunks. It's perfect for kids and adults for healthy snacking and a great meal prep idea for snacks ready whenever you need them! I hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/3 cup raw walnuts
  • 1/3 cup raw pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
  • 1/8 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/8 cup dark chocolate chunks
  • 2 medjool dates (roughly chopped)
  • 1/8 teaspoon sea salt

Directions

    Remove the pits from medjool dates and chop each into about 8 pieces.

    To a mixing bowl add nuts, seeds, cranberries, chocolate and chopped dates, then stir to combine.

    Sprinkle sea salt over the mixture and stir again to distribute.

    Add mixture to a sealed container and enjoy throughout your week. Store in the fridge or pantry.
