This no-bake chocolate mousse pie features a dreamy Oreo cookie crust filled with silky-smooth chocolate mousse and crowned with pillowy whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups heavy whipping cream, divided
  • 1 (6 ounce) Oreo pie crust
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • chocolate shavings or curls, for garnish

    In a large saucepan, combine the marshmallows, chocolate chips, milk, and butter over medium heat. Stir constantly until the chocolate and marshmallows melt.

    Remove the pot from the heat, stir in the vanilla, and set aside to cool to room temperature (about 1 hour).

    In a large, cold bowl, whip 2 cups heavy cream to stiff peaks. Add a small amount to the chocolate-marshmallow mix and stir well. Then, fold in the remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain.
