Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or use 1 cup Fairlife fat free milk for an extra 13 grams of protein!
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter powder of choice
  • 2 tablespoons milled flax seed
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • A few drops Stevia, optional
  • 1 banana, peeled
  • 1 heaping cup of spinach
