Ingredients

  • 1 poundchicken breasts (cut into 1×1-inch cubes)
  • 1 smallonion (finely chopped)
  • 2 clovesgarlic (minced)
  • 1 ½ cupswhite long grain rice (rinsed)
  • 2 cupschicken stock
  • 2 cupswater
  • 3 cupsbroccoli florets (roughly chopped)
  • ½ cupmilk
  • 2 cupssharp cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)

Directions
