  • 2 clovesgarlic, minced

  • ½ tspcajun seasoning
  • ½ cupchicken broth
  • ¼ cupheavy cream
  • 1 cupshredded cheddar cheese
  • 4brioche or hamburger buns
  • salt and pepper, to taste
